Sales Coordinator

The company is a leading manufacturer and supplier in a niche electrical industry market with a global footprint based in Wollongong, new to the Australian market and aggressive revenue growth plans in place for 2012 and beyond. They are seeking an accomplished specialist in the field of sales coordination to join their diverse and experienced team.
Duties Include
- Phone and email contact with existing and potential clients and suppliers
- Formulating ad-hoc quotations and tender responses
- Order processing
- Job invoicing
- Inventory management
- Customer service
- Reporting to senior management on sales outcomes
- Development of new internal sales processes
Role Requirements
- Experience with an ERP-based sales system
- Exposure to project management principles
- Sound knowledge of sales cycle timeline and milestones
- Experience in dealing with contractors, end users and OEMs within the electrical supply sector
- Some experience with technical aspects in a related field
- Computer literacy in MS Office applications
- Excellent communication skills – oral and written
- High degree of attention to detail and problem-solving ability
- High level of personal drive, commitment and accountability
